 <note>This research analyses a Non-Governmental Organization by the name of Thisable Enterprise. One of the Public Relations strategies that Thisable Enterprise has done was “Festival Vokasi Teman Disabilitas” where they give trainings to people with disabilities in 10 major cities in Java island. This research uses qualitative method with a descriptive approach and research’s focus refers to the Public Relations for NGO concept and campaign model by Warneryd and Norwak. Research data is obtained through an in-depth interview supported by a documentation of articles and news related to the topic of the research. The result shows that the campaign done by Thisable Enterprise was able to cover six out of the seven aspects of Public Relations for NGOs and covering seven out of eight aspects of the campaign model by Norwak and Warneryd. However, they need to improve on the promotion program and obtained effect aspect from the Public Relations for NGOs concept and Campaign Model by Norwak and Warneryd respectively due to the outsourcing and empowerment that wasn’t received by all corresponding parties &#13;
